Age Groups: 8-10, 12-14

4-week session price – $40 for members, $80 for non-members

When? Tuesday & Thursdays from July 7th – 30th, 11am-12pm

Kids will learn: 

• Fun exercise
• Healthy eating habits
• Nutrition basics
• Confidence & goal setting

Participants in the older group will be properly trained on ARC fitness equipment so they are ready to use the gym with confidence once they are old enough to use it without an adult present.
